Ovenia appointed property manager of 14,100 sqm of office space in Helsinki.

On January 1, 2011, RREEF appointed Ovenia Oy to act as its property manager of the Hiomotie 30 and Itamerenkatu 9 offices assets located in Helsinki, Finland. Hiomotie 30 is an ca 6,300 sqm property located in Pitäjänmäki, fully let to Nokia Simens Network, while Itämerenkatu 9 is an 7,800 sqm property located in Ruoholahti, fully let to Nokia.  

- This is a significant, interesting and developing area of custom for us. The funds managed by RREEF will continue to invest in the Nordic countries, and Finland is one of the most interesting areas for expansion, says Ari Matomäki, a divisional director at Ovenia.
