As from 1 January 2011, Ovenia has entered into a service agreement for the management of properties owned by VR Group in Northern Finland.

At the same time, it has also been agreed that Ovenia Oy will manage the Helpdesk / fault-report administration for VR Group's properties across the whole of Finland. The service will be supplied by Ovenia Oy's customer services.
