Today the significance of energy consumption cannot be overemphasised. The real estate sector is a major contributor to the total energy usage and greenhouse gas emissions in the society, which means that there is a huge potential in reducing consumption within the industry. This has resulted in a growing demand for energy and environmental management services.

To meet the requirements of our customers, Ovenia’s life cycle services have been developed further lately. At the moment Ovenia employs as many as ten experts in Life Cycle Services. We can now provide our customers with diverse services to assure efficient use of energy. Our life cycle services team offers mainly services related with energy and environmental management.

Our array of products includes also energy audits, expert services in facility management, purchasing and facility monitoring, as well as various audit services for facility maintenance. In addition, we offer our customers LEED certification project coordination, the Ovenia KYMPPI™ energy efficiency programme, carbon footprint surveys and waste management analyses.
