Ovenia to manage Sponda´s property management services
Sponda´s property management to Ovenia

A leading Finnish property management company Ovenia Oy has made a contract of transferring property management business with Sponda Oyj on November 2nd, 2007. Sponda Oyj will transfer its property management operations to Ovenia. 

A three-year contract on property management and financial management was also signed. All Spondas property funds service agreements currently existing will remain valid and unchanged. Five of Sponda´s employees will be transferred with the operations.

The contract brings significant growth to Ovenia’s business.
