New client for Ovenia: AEW Europe and Tristan Capital Partner

On 22 March 2012, Ovenia entered into a property management agreement with AEW Europe and Tristan Capital Partners concerning the EPI Temple portfolio. The portfolio comprises Tradeka retail properties which are located all throughout Finland, including 19 heated and 240 cold locations.
Ovenia will produce technical maintenance management services for the portfolio which will
begin at the end of June.
