Good property management services increases the occupant’s satisfaction and promotes energy savings

The time has come to enjoy the Finnish summer and gather strength for the autumn. As we enter the holiday season, we would like to inform you of some of the things happening at Ovenia.

We have performed reasonably well together with our customers in the difficult economic situation. We are actively monitoring the market, and are constantly looking for new ways of generating customer advantage.
Life cycle development provides remedy for the business situation
The basis for success is professional real estate portfolio management. We also offer an opportunity to emphasise one or more areas of life cycle development. We believe that the services of our Life Cycle Development Unit will produce substantial added value for our customers.
Our operations will be boosted in this area on 3 August when Markku Metsäranta, M. Sc. (Tech.), Manager of the Life Cycle Development Unit, starts work at Ovenia.
At Ovenia, life cycle development services include facility management, project management, environmental management, energy management and analysis services. We presented our service package in greater detail at a brunch event held in early June. All our added value services aim to identify and utilise the success factors of properties in the challenging market conditions.
The viability of the services has also been tested in practice at several sites for the benefit of our various customers. A dozen property development projects are in progress. In project management, our customers appreciate effortlessness and an understanding of both the owner’s and the tenant’s points of view. During the spring, our own energy efficiency agreement called Ovenia Kymppi was also launched at a number of sites.
Optimising the value of real estate assets is our customer promise
In order to keep our promise, we must also develop the content of the real estate portfolio. We have identified a number of items for sale and purchase in the portfolios under our management, and will assist our customers in transactions during this year and next year. We will provide our customers with improved support also with respect to transactions.
We will continue supplementing our expertise
We are very confident about our selected strategy and are examining areas in which business could be developed. We have identified a number of areas where we could intensify our operations to support our customers, and we will return to these themes later in the year.
