Ovenia Oy and Etera Mutual Pension Insurance Company have signed an agreement on the assignment of business and property management services covering all housing property wholly or partially owned by Etera. The assignment of business will take place on 15 March 2010 and the service agreement covering the housing property will come into effect on the same day. 

Ovenia will provide a solution to the management of the housing portfolio that is in accordance with Etera’s strategy. The agreement covers such matters as a comprehensive assessment of the housing property portfolio, housing rental services, technical housing, rental administration and collection supervision.  

“Etera’s portfolio of about 400 housing units brings added volume to our housing rental business. Ovenia administers a total of about 6,000 rental apartments in Finland and with its network of offices is able to provide housing applicants with service in all parts of the country,” explains Mika Valtonen, Ovenia’s CEO.
