The property management market is developing rapidly in Russia. Operating models and practices will take shape in the near future as the market grows and develops.

- “We have been planning our expansion into the St Petersburg area for a long time. We have been building up a network and carrying out market surveys for the past few years. Many of our customers operate in Russia, so it is natural to expand our operations and offer these customers local services also outside of Finland,” explains Mika Valtonen, CEO of Ovenia.

Land has solid and wide-ranging experience in the property business and the special characteristics of the market in St Petersburg. He has previously worked for, among others, the KTI Institute for Real Estate Economics, Kiinteistötaito Peltola & Pulkkanen Oy and YIT Lentek.
