At the moment, Ovenia works with more than 700 service providers in Finland. Our customers gain from the significant volume benefits provided by Ovenia in service procurements. Procurements are made in accordance with Ovenia’s own procurement strategy and that of its customers. A key principle is the preservation of independence and finding the best possible service solution for the customer’s needs. Invitation of tenders is always conducted on the so-called turnkey basis, so that the customer can concentrate on its operations more effectively.

Our most-extensive procurement entities:

• wide-ranging framework agreements that can be used in repair and maintenance projects and in annual repairs

• property service agreements, including property maintenance, cleaning, security-guard services, lift maintenance, maintenance of external areas, clearing of snow, waste management and technical building-services work

• energy services

• we also arrange public procurement HILMA tendering according to the customer’s wishes.

Ovenia has decades of experience in inviting tenders for property services. Invitations to tender are based on an extensive network of contacts, well-prepared tender documents and strong knowledge of what cost-level maintenance should currently be.

We ensure, with the help of high-quality contract documents, the service network’s commitments to provide services, and we guide the service network in using the customers’ electronic maintenance manuals effectively.
In addition, we always ensure that the obligations specified by the Finnish Customer Liability Act are in order for the service network. We also help our customers in invitations to tender for public procurements.
