The infra-red camera imaging service quickly and effectively determines the areas of heat loss that impair the property’s energy efficiency. In a project, improvements are always suggested, and the problem areas are clearly logged in a report together with the thermal images.

Maintenance-manual services
The maintenance-manual service can be tailored from the preparation of a maintenance manual for an individual property to extensive maintenance-manual principal-user services. KKK is a minor survey of property condition, which has been developed by Ovenia and in which all the main levels of the property are checked in an efficient way, unlike in traditional condition surveys. The result of the work is a condition-survey report for the property, and the long-term plan is updated to correspond to 1-6 year time periods.

Independent technical property services
We can prepare condition surveys and deliver other technical property services as independent technical property services. Our services include demanding specialist tasks in building technology, such as individual indoor-air surveys. In addition, we offer supervision of building technology work.
