Environmental responsibility

Taking care of the environment is a key part of the property business. The building owner, service providers and occupants can all improve the property’s environmental performance through their own actions.

Our objective is to develop co-operation and the exchange of environmental information between building owners, tenants and service providers. By operating this way, our aim is to reduce total environmental impacts related to the use and maintenance of the buildings.

 In Ovenia we act according to our environment strategy which applies to the operation of the company and to the services Ovenia provides. We are all aware of the impacts of our operations on the environment and possibilities to minimize these effects.

We support our customers' sustainability and environmental related strategies and objectives and act according to their environmental programmes and procedures. We inform staff and interest groups about current environmental matters and future demands. Meeting the legal obligations and the customer's environmental objectives are also ensured in practice in the service agreements and the management of suppliers’ network.
