A completely new model for facility management

Ovenia has developed the new Target Cost Model, which is a completely new integrated single
point-of-contact model for facility management in Finland. The Target Cost Model is an alternative
for our customers who want to buy all their facility and user services easily in one place.  
It offers the benefits of an overall service solution in a transparent and cost-effective way.

In the model, Ovenia makes the service agreements in its own name (Ovenia FM) and invoices the customer for all the services with a single service invoice. All the service provider costs are invoiced
and reported transparently with the open-book principle. Ovenia is independent of service providers, and purchases the services from the best providers in the market.
